Madrid's "Real" coach Jose Mourinho asks not to be called The Special One anymore. Portugal suggests calling him Vieninteliu instead.
J.Mourinho became the champion of Spain with Madrid's "Real", twice the champion of Italy with Milan's "Inter", and twice the champion of England with London's "Chelsea". Before gaining fame, J.Mourinho won the Portuguese championship several times with "Porto".
"Whether you like me or not, I am still the only coach who has triumphed in three of the strongest football leagues in the world. So maybe people should call me The Only One instead of The Special One," Reuters quotes J.Mourinho as saying.
The Special One nickname stuck to the current "Real" coach in 2004 when he introduced himself as such after moving from Porto to Chelsea in London.
For many years known for his arrogance, J.Mourinho insists that he has changed and is not the same as he was eight years ago.
"Many things, thank God, really worked out well for me. But now I am focused on other things. With Milan's "Inter", we won what the club had not won in 50 years. It was a great pleasure. Such things motivate me more and more. Much more than personal achievements," said J.Mourinho.
