Eighteen-year-old forward Angelo Henriquez successfully passed a medical examination today and should sign a contract with the club in the near future.
"Red Devils" coach Sir Alex Ferguson has been watching the Chilean for a long time, and the interest from the "Man City" side likely prompted the Scot to make a move.
It is believed that Henriquez, who has scored 11 goals in 17 matches, should cost the "Man Utd" team around 4 million pounds.
