The new 2012-2013 season for the "Barcelona" team begins at a crazy pace.
During the first two weeks, the footballers of the Catalan club will have as many as five official matches, including the Joan Gamper Trophy match against "Sampdoria".
On August 19th, "Barcelona" will start in the Spanish national championships - that day, at Camp Nou, the hosts will test their strength in a duel against San Sebastian's "Real Sociedad".
On August 23, Thursday, Tito Vilanova's pupils will have their first Spanish Super Cup match against Madrid's "Real". The match will take place in the capital of Catalonia.
On Sunday, August 26th, "Barcelona" will travel to the Navarre region, where they will play the second round match of La Liga against Pamplona's "Osasuna", and three days later, on August 29th, the Catalans will travel to Madrid to play the second leg of the country's Super Cup against Jose Mourinho's team.
The first marathon will end with a meeting at Camp Nou stadium against "Valencia" on September 2nd.
Such a series of five matches will also include friendly matches - on August 20, "Barcelona" will traditionally introduce themselves to their fans and face Genoa's "Sampdoria" at Camp Nou stadium.
