"Milan" and "Inter" exchanged footballers: Cassano and Pazzini went in opposite directions © EuroFootball.com

And Milan clubs exchanged footballers: from now on, Antonio Cassano will wear the "Inter" jersey, while Giampaolo Pazzini has moved in the opposite direction.

Furthermore, according to the deal, "Milan" additionally paid about 7.5 million euros. The details of the 28-year-old Pazzini's contract are not disclosed.

Meanwhile, 30-year-old Cassano, who missed most of the previous season due to heart problems, has committed to represent "Inter" for two years. He has stated that this transfer is the realization of his dream.

Pazzini has been wearing the "Inter" jersey since the beginning of 2011. In the first half-year, he scored eleven goals in 17 matches, but in the last season, he struggled to find his form and only scored five times in 33 games, thus not representing the Italian national team at the European Championship.

Due to health issues, Cassano appeared in 16 matches, in which he managed to beat the opponents' goalkeepers three times. He was the main Italian forward in the Old Continent's championships.
