The head coach Roberto Mancini has given the green light for Edin Dzeko's transfer to the Turin team, reports the Italian press.
All summer long, "La Vecchia Signora" has been actively negotiating with Athletic Bilbao for the sale of Fernando Llorente, a high-profile forward, but the Basques rejected the 20 million euro offer.
According to "Corriere dello Sport," the Italian champions have now turned their attention to the player from the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team, who is unhappy with a secondary role in Mancini's team.
It is worth noting that Juventus tried to lure Dzeko in January 2011, but the forward ended up receiving a better offer from Manchester City.
Reportedly, the Turin team is preparing a sum of 20 million euros for the Bosnian and has already started negotiations with his agent regarding personal contract terms.
