It seems that the team spirit in Munich has been disturbed along with the club's elimination from the UEFA Champions League. After the German superclub lost to London's Chelsea in the quarterfinals, Bayern players started biting each other.
The team's friend Willy Sagnol was accused by Bayern goalkeeper Oliver Kahn of the second - crucial - Chelsea goal: "We need to ask ourselves how long did the Chelsea player (Joe Cole) have to prepare for the crucial pass. Holding onto the ball for half an hour, I only saw that in veterans' matches."
Responding to this accusation by Bayern captain, W. Sagnol defended himself, saying that he had to run far to reach J. Cole, and added: "I cannot start listing the mistakes Kahn made in the last two or three weeks, as I am now hurrying to training. It would take me ten days to list them."
After J. Cole's pass, Didier Drogba scored the second Chelsea goal in the match at the Munich Olympic Stadium, and despite two goals by Bayern at the end of the match, the London club progressed to the semifinals, where they will meet Liverpool.
