K.Benzema: "We will all try to make C.Ronaldo's sadness go away" © EuroFootball.com

"Real" Madrid striker French Karim Benzema, like his other teammates, cannot avoid questions from journalists about the unexpectedly deteriorating mood of Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo.

"We will all try to help him," K. Benzema told the portal "Marca."

C. Ronaldo once again found himself in the spotlight after scoring two goals in the last Spanish league match, but demonstratively did not celebrate them. After the match, the Portuguese added more fuel to the fire when he said he was "sad," but did not explain why.

"I can't imagine what happened to him. We get along well, I saw him last week. I think everything will be resolved soon," K. Benzema hoped.

"Recently, I was with my national team, and I didn't really follow what's going on with Cristiano Ronaldo. This Wednesday we will meet again, talk, and support him," the striker added.

Last Friday, the French national team, which started the qualifiers for the 2014 World Cup away, beat Finland with a score of 1-0, and on Tuesday they meet Belarus in Paris.
