The AFC Champions League match between Iran's "Sepahan" and Saudi Arabia's "Al Ahli" clubs almost ended in disaster - one of the footballers found a grenade on the field, which soon exploded.
During the match in Fuladshahr (Iran), fans started throwing various objects onto the field. The referee briefly stopped the game, and one of the officials, Sepahan's security guard Adel Kolahkaj, picked up the object from the field and threw it outside the field.
Just a few moments later, it became clear that it was a small grenade that immediately exploded. Luckily, no one was injured.
