Paris Saint-Germain has lost all chances to acquire Neymar, touted as the new football genius.
Sport reports that in August, the French team's director Leonardo made every effort to successfully conclude negotiations for the transfer of the 20-year-old Brazilian.
However, Santos president Luiz Alvaro de Oliveira stated that Neymar will only play for Barcelona in the future.
According to the press, the leaders of the Brazilian team may be biting their nails as they had previously signed an agreement with Barcelona for a future deal, and breaking the contract would result in a fine of 40 million euros.
