In developing young talents, "Barcelona", "Ajax", "Inter" and "Lens" do not spare money © EuroFootball.com

T

he survey conducted by the European Club Association revealed which continent's teams allocate the most money for the development of young talents.

It turned out that the list is led by the Spanish vice-champion "Barcelona", which has become a true center for nurturing talents, allocating 12.5 million euros annually to its youth academy "La Masia". In addition, the same amount is allocated for the needs of the youth (up to 19 years old) and the reserve teams.

It is worth noting that "La Masia" employs 36 coaches, who supervise 220 young footballers consistently following the football philosophy, unable to dye their hair, wear earrings, and get tattoos. As if that weren't enough, wearing shirts outside the pants is also prohibited.

After Barcelona, a few other clubs also allocate 12.5 million euros for youth teams, including Amsterdam's "Ajax", Milan's "Inter" and "Lens".
