The Dagestan team does not lack financial resources and maintains the world's highest-paid footballer - Cameroonian forward Samuel Eto'o. He earns nearly 300 thousand euros per week.
"Rooney? Why not? Wayne is one of the best footballers in the world, so any team would want to see him in their ranks," said the Brazilian. "Besides, the Englishman is still relatively young."
