On Saturday, the Belgrade derby between the champions of Serbia and Montenegro and the leaders of this season ended not only in a 1-1 draw, but also in a clash between fans and the police.

Belgrade radio reports that ten people were injured during the clash: six fans, three police officers, and one stadium security guard. During the match, the fans started throwing plastic chairs at each other, and after the match, they clashed with the police.

After the 1-1 draw, "Partizan" maintained a five-point lead in the Serbia and Montenegro championship over "Crvena Zvezda" in second place. There are six more matches left until the end of the championship.
