"Napoli" forward Edinson Cavani has agreed to start negotiations with the executives of London's "Arsenal" and "Liverpool" about a possible transfer to one of these teams, reports "Daily Express". Uruguayan agent Claudio Annelucci hinted that his client would like to play in the English championship and could move to one of the "Premier" league clubs in the near future.
