Zlatan Ibrahimovic rejected the opportunity to become the captain of Paris Saint-Germain, as he does not plan to stay in France for long.
The captain of the Swedish national team has worn the shirts of six different teams throughout his career, with Paris being the seventh. However, the footballer mentioned that he will leave his current club in 2015.
"You know who I am. I have played for many teams and I think Paris Saint-Germain will not be the last," Ibrahimovic told the newspaper "Le Parisien."
"Becoming the captain of the team? No, I would not accept that offer because in that case I would have to stay for a long time, and my contract is only valid for three years," concluded the Swede.
This season, the 31-year-old footballer is demonstrating excellent form. In sixteen matches, Ibrahimovic has scored 14 goals and provided 8 assists.
