Former Spanish champion and UEFA Cup winner, left-back star Vicente has finally returned to training with the team after the last season.
The player, recovered from an injury that kept him out for almost the entire season, trained with his team mates on Tuesday already.
The 23-year-old Spanish national team member, who was one of the key figures in the success of Valencia last season in the Spanish league and UEFA Cup, suffered an injury in September of last year during the UEFA Champions League match against Bremen's "Werder".
The player briefly returned to the squad in December, but the reoccurring injury forced him to undergo surgery in January of this year. After this operation, almost four months later, Vicente is finally able to train.
Valencia, who will play against "Numancia" this weekend, currently holds the sixth position in the Spanish league with five rounds to go.
