"Manchester City" leaders are ready to pay a ransom of up to 21 million euros for the talent Isco, belonging to the "Malaga" club, reports "Goal.com". The English champions would like to acquire the young footballer during the January transfer window and immediately loan him back to the "Malaga" club until the end of the season, in order to further reduce the price. The "Man City" leaders, upon learning that the Andalusian club will soon start negotiations with Isco for a new contract that would raise the player's price to 30 million euros, have decided to react and submit an offer in the near future. Manchester team strategist Roberto Mancini has been observing the 20-year-old player for some time, who plays an important role in Manuel Pellegrini's team and currently holds 4th place in the national championship, as well as securing a spot in the further stages of the Champions League. The team leaders see Isco as an alternative to Eden Hazard, who chose the London club "Chelsea" in the summer. The Spanish footballer was also recommended by David Silva, who, like Isco, is a product of the "Valencia" club's youth academy. Isco moved from the city of Valencia to Malaga in July 2011, when only 6.5 million euros were paid for him. Wearing the "Malaga" club's jersey, he managed to appear on the field 43 times and score 8 goals.
