Jose Mourinho denies the rumors that appeared in the Spanish press that he intends to leave Real Madrid after the season.
Lately, the charismatic Portuguese has been facing criticism, as the capital's team is already 11 points behind their fiercest rival, Barcelona, in the national championship after 14 rounds.
"I don't intend to talk about it. There is nothing to talk about," Mourinho retorted. "You better ask your colleague who wrote it. Organize a dinner or something like that."
In the newspaper "Marca," known for its connections to Real Madrid, an article was published with a photo depicting a broken heart. The article notes that before the Madrid derby against Atletico last weekend, Mourinho entered the stadium 40 minutes before the start of the match and listened to a multitude of chants from fans directed against him.
"I did it to hear the protests before the match, not during," commented Mourinho.
