London's "Arsenal" club legend Thierry Henry has agreed to once again help his former team fight for victories in England.
The team's strategist Arsene Wenger, lacking options in the attacking line, wanted to bring back the club's symbol for a short period in January.
T. Henry joined the London club last winter on loan for six weeks, during which he helped the "gunners" achieve two wins by scoring three goals.
The New York Red Bulls club will start the new season in Major League Soccer (MLS) with other U.S. teams only in March, so during the offseason, the Frenchman can help his former team.
"Henry's loan is possible, but we are trying to strengthen for a longer period," Wenger recently hinted about the possible return of the striker.
The 35-year-old footballer defended the club's colors from 1999 to 2007, briefly put on the team's shirt again in the winter of 2012. In total, T. Henry has scored 228 goals for "Arsenal" against their opponents.
