Agent: Balotelli is as valuable as Mona Lisa © EuroFootball.com

Agent Mino Raiola, representing Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli, is convinced that no Italian club can afford to buy this forward.

In the last eight matches, M. Balotelli has only started once, so there have been reports in the press that the Italian may leave the Manchester team.

AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi confirmed that the "Rossoneri" are interested in this player, but the forward's agent quickly denied these claims, stating that his client is too expensive for Italian clubs.

"No Italian club can buy him or pay him such a high salary. Balotelli is as valuable as the famous Mona Lisa painting. The club itself does not want to sell this player," said Mino Raiola.

AC Milan coach Massimilliano Allegri also confirmed his admiration for this player's abilities and believes that he would play well alongside the in-form Stephan El Shaarawy, who has already scored 14 goals in all competitions this season.

"Balotelli is a great player, with excellent technique and physical attributes. However, I believe he has wasted several years of his career," said the AC Milan coach.

The 22-year-old Italian national team striker, who shone in the 2012 European Championship, joined Manchester City in 2010 after leaving their fierce rivals Inter Milan. This season, wearing the City jersey, M. Balotelli has appeared on the field 17 times and scored 3 goals.
