Madrid's "Real" club striker Karim Benzema is firmly convinced that the team has everything to compete with "Barcelona" footballers for the title and defend the champions' title in Spain.
The title-defending "Real" team is 11 points behind their longtime rivals, but K. Benzema remains confident in the team's ability to catch up with the "Blaugrana" team, despite the large gap and a poor season start.
"The whole team believes that we will catch up with Barcelona in these races. The fight for the title is not over yet," - said the Frenchman to the newspaper AS.
"The loss to the Betis club was painful, but after the victory in the derby against the Atletico team, we feel uplifted. We are back on the path of victories and will make every effort to win the league. We cannot afford to drop more points," - said Benzema optimistically.
