On Friday evening, two goals scored by Latvian Artjoms Rudnevs in the first match of the Bundesliga's 16th round determined the victory of the Hamburg team.
Under the eyes of their own fans, Thorsten Fink's players defeated Hoffenheim with a dry result of 2-0 and at least temporarily moved to the sixth place in the tournament's table.
The next round matches will take place on Saturday and Sunday.
