On Thursday before lunchtime, the semi-final of the FIFA Club World Cup was played, where UEFA Champions League winners Chelsea faced Mexican club Monterrey, who triumphed in the CONCACAF Champions League tournament last season.

In the semi-final of the tournament held in Japan, the London Chelsea players easily snatched victory.

The "Aristocrats" broke through already in the 17th minute after Juan Mata's accurate shot. At the beginning of the second half, Fernando Torres doubled the lead, and Darvin Chavez's own goal made the result overwhelming.

The difference was slightly softened at the end of the match by Mexican striker De Nigris, but Chelsea celebrated a secure victory in the match.

The final of the tournament will take place on December 16th. In it, the London players will meet the Brazilian Corinthians team.
