The match began with attacks from Leeds and in the 11th and 13th minutes, 2 goals were scored against "Leicester" goal. The result was 2-0 and it seemed like Leeds would celebrate an easy victory.
However, after this cold shower, the Leicester team fought back and equalized the game. Both the remaining time of the first half and the start of the second half were evenly matched. But the breakthrough came in the 77th minute, as Leicester players, just like Leeds players, equalized the score in two minutes (77' and 79'). It seemed like the match would end this way, but in a powerful display at the end of the second half, Leeds' players did not let their fans leave the stadium with bowed heads.
