In his homeland, the "Atletico Mineiro" forward Ronaldinho once again stated that he wants to defend the name of the Brazilian national football team in the upcoming 2014 World Cup.

The former "Barcelona" footballer hopes that he can help his country in the championship taking place in just 18 months.

"There is no better feeling than playing in the World Cup in front of your country's fans, and I don't want to miss this opportunity," said the Brazilian during his visit to India.

"I want to regain my old sporting form, and I know that I can still join the Brazil national team. This is my priority, and if I am given this opportunity, I will certainly be ready," concluded the 32-year-old footballer.
