Madrid's "Real" club defender Xabi Alonso admitted that he could return to play in the Premier League, as his future in the Spanish giants team is unclear.
Xabi Alonso's contract with "Los Galacticos" is valid until the summer of 2014, but the Spaniard is in no hurry to extend the contract, as he is not satisfied with the conditions offered by the club.
The defender moved to "Real" from the "Liverpool" team for £30 million and it is precisely to this club that he would return if he decides to continue his career in England.
"I don't know what will happen. I haven't decided about my future. I will stay in "Real" if I maintain the same level on the field, and what will happen later, we will see in the next few months," Alonso hesitates about his future.
"There is always a possibility that I will return to the Premier League, because I liked the time I spent there."
World and European champion has been playing in Madrid since 2009 and is one of the key players of the team.
