The leader of the attack of Madrid's "Real" Cristiano Ronaldo continues to insist that he still feels warm feelings towards his former club "Manchester United", but claims that in the UEFA Champions League matches he will try to play at the highest level and help the royal club secure a spot in the quarter-finals.
The captain of the Portuguese national team already has 23 goals this season, but the player himself is not satisfied with his current form.
"I have a lot of warm feelings for the 'Man Utd' club. This team meant a lot in my career", Ronaldo told journalists.
"I still have a lot of friends and fans in Manchester, but now I am a member of a different team, so I can't think about it. In this match, I want to play as best as I can, even though I'll be playing against a team I like", the Portuguese concluded.
The first match between these giants at the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium will be played on February 13th, and the second one on March 3rd at the "Old Trafford" fortress.
