"Manchester City" defender Samir Nasri praised his former coach Arsene Wenger for helping him become the player he is today.
The 25-year-old Frenchman moved from London's "Arsenal" to Manchester in 2011. Most fans were undoubtedly disappointed by Nasri's decision.
"Today I speak to you because of Wenger. I will never forget what he did for me," the footballer told journalists.
"I will remain indebted to him for life. He gave me confidence not only as a player, but also as a person. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for giving me a chance," Nasri concluded.
It is worth mentioning that "Arsenal" and "City" will meet in the English Premier League tomorrow. The match at the Emirates Stadium will kick off at 18:00 Lithuanian time.
