On Friday and Saturday, seven matches of the French "Ligue 1" championship were played.
The "Marseille" club defeated the title defenders "Montpellier" at the end of the match. "Olympique" took the lead after Andre Ayew's goal, but the champions soon equalized the score and then turned it in the beginning of the second half.
As the match approached the end, another Ayew brother, Jordan Ayew, once again equalized the score, and the hero of the match was Andre-Pierre Gignac.
In the match on Friday evening, the "Lyon" team played a goalless draw with "Evian", and the ambitious PSG will play their round match on Sunday evening.
