"Liverpool" captain Steven Gerrard has declared that young Arsenal defender Jack Wilshere could become one of the best football players in the world.
Currently, both players are with the England national team, preparing for today's friendly match against Brazil.
"I think Wilshere has the potential to become the best. He is a player with great talent. I am convinced that there are no better defenders in the Premier League than him," Gerrard told journalists.
21-year-old J. Wilshere plays an important role in the Arsenal team this season. In 21 games played, he scored 2 goals and provided 7 assists.
