The start of the Egyptian football championship immediately provided a treat for football connoisseurs.
It is believed that during the first round, the silliest goal in a decade was missed, and it was scored by Cairo's "Wadi Degla" team goalkeeper Amiras Tawfik.
The goalkeeper failed to catch a slowly flying ball towards his goal and it went in. The worst part is that this goal turned out to be decisive – "Wadi Degla" lost to "Haras el Hodood" club 1-2.
