After losing the UEFA Champions League round of 16 match against AC Milan, there was a sombre mood in the Catalan team's camp.
"This is a very bad result. When you play poorly, this can happen," lamented defender Andres Iniesta.
"We could have performed better. In the Champions League, you won't get anything for free and you always have to fight," reminded defender Dani Alves to his teammates.
Gerard Pique didn't miss the opportunity to criticize the referee. According to the footballer, the first goal by Milan should not have been allowed, as the ball touched Cristiano Zapata's hand before the shot.
"For me, everything is clear, but the referee probably missed this situation," he said.
