Although David Villa has constantly been in the media rumors this winter and has been linked to several Italian and English teams, the forward's contract with the Catalan club is still valid for another year and a half, until the summer of 2014. This December, the forward will turn 32, which was the age Henrik Larsson was when he arrived at Barcelona, so the Barcelona leaders believe that David Villa's experience and skills would be very useful for the team. Despite recovering from a serious thigh injury, the forward rarely makes it to Barcelona's starting lineup this year, but he does not disappoint on the field - the Spanish player, who has only scored 12 times in the Primera Division, has already scored 7 goals.
