One jeweler from Japan made a copy of football star Lionel Messi's left foot from pure gold. With the participation of the footballer's brother Rodrigo, Japanese artist Ginza Tanaka unveiled his artwork at a press conference in Tokyo on Wednesday.

“It’s extraordinary. Every vein in the foot is recognizable. A stunning creation," said Rodrigo Messi. The copy of the foot of the Argentine national football team and Barcelona player weighs 25 kg, and its value is approximately 4 million euros.

Part of the profit received from the gold foot will go to children affected by the devastating earthquake in Japan two years ago through the L.Messi foundation.

There will also be miniature foot models for sale (at 32,000 euros each) and plates with the golden footprint of the 25-year-old footballer (at 72,500 euros). This is how L.Messi is honored for being crowned the best player in the world for the fourth consecutive time in Zurich in January.
