London's "Chelsea" hopes to acquire Liverpool's "Everton" star Marouane Fellaini for 30 million euros next summer.
The capital team hoped to attract the Belgian during the winter, but the negotiations ended unsuccessfully.
Although Fellaini has not shown the same level of play recently as he did at the start of the season, "Chelsea" is preparing to offer him a five-year contract worth 25 million euros.
In addition, the London club is closely monitoring "Southampton" right-back Nathaniel Clyne. It is said that the player, who cost less than 2.5 million euros last summer, would cost almost four times more for Roman Abramovich after this season.
Currently, Cesar Azpilicueta plays as a right-back in the "Chelsea" team, but 21-year-old Clyne could be a long-term solution for this position.
