"Reading" club has found a new strategist - recently fired from the "Southampton" team, Nigel Adkins. With his new team, the strategist signed a contract valid until 2016 and will try to maintain the team in the Premier League. The club dismissed Brian McDermott from the position of head coach two weeks ago. Interestingly, this coach received the best month award for Premier League strategists 33 days before his dismissal. Nigel Adkins' assistant at the Madejski Stadium will be Andy Crosby. They have already cooperated together within the "Saints" ranks. Reading club owner Anton Zingarevich said: "I am pleased that we were able to attract Nigel to this club as he is a perfect fit for this team.". The first challenge for the new strategist will be this Saturday. His team will meet London's Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
