The French club "Monaco" is ready to allocate 200 million euros for the acquisition of new football players if they manage to attract "Man City" coach Roberto Mancini to the team.
Furthermore, Dimitry Rybolovlev, the owner of the Monaco team and holding the 97th place on the list of the world's richest people, offers an Italian a three-year contract worth 26 million euros.
The Russian billionaire hopes that Mancini will help "Monaco" rise from the ashes, return to the UEFA Champions League, and challenge the businessmen from Qatar-owned "Paris St. Germain".
Currently, "Monaco" is only playing in the second most powerful division in France, where after 29 rounds they are in first place with 58 points. The team is coached by the famous Italian Claudio Ranieri.
Meanwhile, Mancini's prospects in Manchester are unclear: for the second season in a row, the Italian has failed to advance past the Champions League group stage, and in the English Premier League, the team almost has no hope of defending the trophy they won last season.
