In Italy, the "Udinese" team will have its own stadium. The club has signed a 99-year lease agreement and has been given permission to reconstruct the "Stadio Friuli" fortress.
The reconstruction of the "Stadio Friuli" stadium will begin this summer. The future fortress of "Udinese", which was built for the 1990 World Cup, will be reduced to 25 thousand seats.
This is a historic day for the "Udinese" club. Now we will be able to create a modern and comfortable football stadium that will operate seven days a week," said president G. Pozzo.
Udinese will become the second team in Italy to have its own football stadium, as currently only the Italian champions Juventus from Turin enjoy this pleasure.
