"Real" legend Carlos Santillana still believes that the former club can overcome Borussia Dortmund and travel to the UEFA Champions League final, but one must fight until the death.
Let's remind that the first match between these teams ended with a crushing 4-1 victory for the "yellow and black" and "Real" must score at least three goals at home if they want to play at the "Wembley" stadium.
"In football matches, you need not only to play, but also to play smartly and decisively at certain moments," said the 60-year-old former footballer.
"Reaching the final for Real is insanely difficult, because Borussia is currently very powerful. Jose Mourinho's players must play until the death," added C. Santillana.
The Spaniard has also had to play comeback matches, where the opposing team had a convincing advantage, but huge efforts helped to recover and move forward.
"When we lost the first match, in the locker room we talked that we can recover at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, and later it happened," concluded the Real legend.
