One of the shareholders of Arsenal in London, Alisher Usmanov, stated that the team led by Arsene Wenger does not have superstars.
The Uzbek billionaire owns 30 percent of Arsenal's shares. The owner is convinced that the club needs new football players.
"Arsenal team does not have superstars, this is what this club lacks the most," said A. Usmanov in an interview.
Recently, the Uzbek was named one of the richest businessmen in Great Britain. Earlier, A. Usmanov mentioned that he would like to take over the entire management of the club.
"As far as we understand, the other Arsenal shareholder Kroenke does not intend to sell his shares, but we will also not sell because we are fans of this team," said the Uzbek.
