On Sunday, the 35th round of matches of the Spanish "Primera" championship took place.
The new country champions, Catalans, traveled to Madrid to meet "Atletico". In a tense match, the Barcelona footballers achieved victory.
In the first half, we did not see any goals, but the 45th minute of the second half was productive. In the 51st minute, Radamel Falcao put the hosts ahead.
However, in the 72nd minute, the guests from Barcelona managed to soften the result when Alexis Sanchez scored after a pass from Cesco Fabregas.
Just eight minutes later, another goal fell into the net of "Atletico", but this time an own goal scored by Gabi.
In other matches, "Valencia" did not spare Madrid's "Rayo Vallecano" on away ground, while Seville's "Real Betis" defeated Vigo's "Celta" by a narrow margin.
