On Tuesday evening, two matches of the 37th round of the English Premier League were played.
In the battle for a place in next year's UEFA Champions League tournament, the footballers of London's "Arsenal" crushed "Wigan" eleven with a score of 4-1 at the "Emirates" stadium, eliminating their chances to stay in the top flight championship.
This scenario saddened the fans of London's "Tottenham" club, who are currently in fifth place in the league table and hoped that in the final round, "Newcastle" would resist the "Gunners" at home, and their supported team would beat the "Sunderland" team.
After the first half, the scoreboard showed only ones, but then Santiago Cazorla, who made four assists in the match in total, got to work. Lukas Podolski scored two goals for the winners.
In the other match, "Man City" without Roberto Mancini, proved their superiority over "Reading" with a dry score of 2-0.
