The "Monaco" club, returning to the strongest French league, is determined to shake up the football world with famous acquisitions.
It has been officially announced that Dmitri Rybolovlev's team has acquired two "Porto" players - 45 million euros for forward James Rodriguez and 25 million euros for midfielder Joao Moutinho.
Both players have signed five-year contracts with "Monaco."
The transfer fee for 21-year-old J. Rodriguez is a record this year - the Colombian surpassed the 37 million euros paid by "Bayern" for midfielder Mario Gotze.
