General director of "Monaco" Philip Dhondtas, who shakes the football world with loud acquisitions, stated that the most famous players on the planet, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, are not within their reach.
"Both the Argentine and the Portuguese are not very realistic acquisitions. They are not even for sale," the manager said.
"Monaco" is famous, just like the Parisian club "Saint Germain". Here, tax benefits are a plus and football players take it into consideration when choosing.
"I don't think we will form a completely new team - we already have a strong core. We might acquire four, five or six players, for example, we need to strengthen our defense.
"We want to surprise the world, but we know that this is a long-term project," F. Dhondtas concluded.
