Gianluigi Buffon, the long-time goalkeeper of Juventus, hinted that he is already thinking about the next season at the Turin club.
The goalkeeper revealed that he is aiming for a title that he does not yet have in his collection of trophies. Without a doubt, the player had in mind the UEFA Champions League trophy.
"The most important thing is that my teammates and I give our all to achieve glory. What trophy do I dream of winning? The one that I still don't have," he said.
This season, the Turin team faced the future Champions League winners Bayern Munich in the quarterfinals and were forced to admit the obvious superiority of their opponents.
When asked about the targets of the "Old Lady's" attacking duo - Gonzalo Higuain and Carlos Tevez - the goalkeeper did not single out either player.
"I cannot distinguish between these two players because I simply trust the work done by the team. No matter what player arrives here, they will be a great reinforcement that will help us improve," Buffon reassured.
