On Saturday, the Bundesliga championship ended. As it was already clear before, the champions title was won by Munich's "Bayern" football players. "Bochum", "Hansa" and "Freiburg" clubs dropped to a lower league, next year their place in the Bundesliga will be taken by "Koln", "Duisburg" and "Eintracht" clubs. The title of the most productive player went to "Nurnberg" defender M. Mintal. This season, the Slovakian scored 24 goals.

The last round disastrously unfolded for the "Stuttgart" team. The "Stuttgart" club, which had been chasing the leaders all season, lost 1-3 at home to the "Bayern" club in the last match and dropped from third place to fifth position. So next season, we will see the "Stuttgart" club in the UEFA Cup.

The season ended triumphantly for the "Schalke" club. The Gelsenkirchen team defeated the "Freiburg" club 2-3 away and finished the Bundesliga championship in second place. Meanwhile, the third place was taken by the "Werder" club, which took advantage of "Stuttgart's" defeat. The Bremen team, like the "Schalke" club, will play in the qualifying matches for the Champions League.

The championship ended successfully for the "Bayer" club as well. Leverkusen football players at home "crushed" the "Gladbach" team 5-1 and secured the sixth position, earning the right to play in the qualifying matches for the UEFA Cup tournament.
