German national team striker Mario Gomez is on the potential shopping list of Italian champions.
On Tuesday, Bayern Munich's player agent Uli Ferber confirmed rumors that Turin's Juventus is interested in acquiring his client.
Earlier, M. Gomez announced that he has decided to leave the Bavarian team that became European champions and will look for a club where he would get more playing time.
Another Italian team, Fiorentina from Florence, is also interested in the services of the 27-year-old footballer. The striker's agent also noted that four clubs have made inquiries about the possibility of acquiring M. Gomez.
"Mario is interested not only in Fiorentina, but also in Juventus, Atletico Madrid, and Manchester City," the newspaper "Bild" quotes U. Ferber. "After Mario's vacation, we will choose the best offer."
M. Gomez's contract with Bayern is valid until 2016. In the past season, the striker played 32 official matches, scored 19 goals, and made 4 assists.
