Jeremy Toulalan leaves the "Malaga" club and moves to "Monaco" for 5 million euros. The 29-year-old footballer has signed a two-year contract with the possibility of extending it for another season.

In Spain, the Frenchman has been playing since 2011, when he was acquired from his native country's "Lyon." He decided to return to "Ligue 1" due to the financial problems plaguing the Malaga team.

"We are very happy to have acquired a player of this caliber. He has already proven his abilities, has experience in European and international competitions, so he will be important for the team in the upcoming season," said Vadim Vasilyev, the sporting director of "Monaco."

The club, controlled by Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, has already acquired famous footballers this summer such as Radamel Falcao, Joao Moutinho, James Rodriguez, and Ricardo Carvalho.
