Munich's "Bayern" defender Jerome Boateng hopes for another very successful season, despite the departure of striker Mario Gomez.
The German national team footballer stated that there is every chance to repeat the treble, meaning winning all the tournaments.
"Everything is possible. We will be very motivated to once again defeat all opponents and demonstrate the performances of the previous season.
Just look at how many times in recent years we have reached the Champions League final and then Bayern's opportunities will open up," Boateng said.
"Mario was one of my best friends, of course, I am sad about his sale. However, the striker has made such a decision and I wish him good luck," assured the defender.
