On Thursday, "Vitesse" club striker Wilfried Bony completed his transfer to "Swansea City" managed by Michael Laudrup.
The 24-year-old footballer became the club's all-time record purchase, for which the "Swans" paid a sum of 12 million pounds sterling.
The Ivory Coast national team player became M. Laudrup's sixth purchase this summer. The team also added Jonjo Shelvey, Jordi Amat, Jose Canas, and Alejandro Pozuelo, while a loan agreement was extended with Jonathan de Guzman.
Last season, W. Bony, representing "Vitesse", played 30 matches and scored 31 goals, helping the team secure the fourth place in the Dutch league.
