B.Rodgers determined to keep L.Suarez at Liverpool club © EuroFootball.com

"Liverpool" team strategist Brendan Rodgers is ready to do everything to keep forward Luis Suarez in the team.

The team leaders confirmed that they rejected a £30 million offer from London's "Arsenal". However, the club's strategist does not want to let go of their leader for any price.

"Suarez is an amazing player and still belongs to the "Liverpool" club. No matter what the player's name is, he is not more important than the club.

"Luis is a very important team member and I look forward to working with him again next season. There have been many talks about a possible transfer of Suarez to another team, but as I said, he is a "Liverpool" player," the coach said firmly.

"We received an offer, but we value Luis much higher. Of course, he wants to work and compete at the highest level, but if nothing drastic happens, he will stay here," the strategist is convinced.

"Liverpool" club will meet with the Indonesia national team on Saturday. L.Suarez, together with Sebastian Coates and Pepe Reina, will not participate in the match, as these players have had their holidays extended due to participating in the Confederations Cup tournament.

Despite B.Rodgers' comments, it is believed that Suarez's price could reach €45 million. Among the interested clubs are "Arsenal", "Chelsea" and "Real Madrid."
